Approval: Line level payment approvals

Some construction companies are invoiced across multiple phases in 1 invoice. So an invoice will contain multiple payments across a project:

• Immediate payment for security deposit, supplies

• Phase 1 completion

• Phase 2 completion

Currently users can send partial payments and leave detail in the notes. However, some tools create a formal process for approving specific lines, calculating the total payment etc.
