View all client contact types

User frequently adds additional contacts to communication.

They also work with Partners where sometimes the partner is billed instead of the customer. They would want to communicate with both and see all contacts available in Centime.
This is also important for customers that have a billing tool & send to a collections inbox.
Goal is to see all contact types and decide how to use each.
