Description: The goal is to solve payment problems for vendors or customers of Centime clients without burdening our clients.
Current state: Today, if any problem occurs with a payment that has been successfully transmitted from the Centime platform, the end user must contact our Client, who will then contact Centime. Not only does this make our client the middle man, but it also discourages our client from using our payment products.
Solution: We have created an email to be specifically used by vendors and customers, so as to lift the burden off our client’s shoulders and to control the experience on both ends. We would like this email to be visible on vendor facing and customer facing emails such as:

All Remittance emails (excluding “scheduled” emails)
