AR manager working view (CRM for AR)

Overview: Given the feedback we have collected regarding the information displayed in AR and requests for additional data to be included that make this a CRM for the AR manager.

• Note: The text of the last note, required wrapped text

• Note date: When was the last note made

• Note author: Who left the last note

• Last email: When was the last email sent

• Last email recipient: Who did the last email go to?

• Next email: Next scheduled email

• Monthly Statements: A column that shows if this is enabled

• Monthly statement date: Date of the next monthly statement

• Contact roles: ability to pull in contacts by role

• Phone #: show phone number

Plan future enhancements with this in mind:

• Tags: Show all tags, filter a table by specific tags

• Tasks: Show next task, what is it, who is it assigned to?

  • Show previous task, what was it, who is it assigned to?

• Internal assignments: All roles
