Facilitate the user to send the invoice from centime for the first time. Ideally all communication should be delivered from 1 source, this will streamline communication and create a more consistent experience for the customer.
Workarounds:
One off reminders: This allows custom language and immediacy - VERY Hard to know what invoices are "new"
Campaigns: Based on when an invoice syncs and when campaigns emails are sent. We cannot send these the day that invoices are created.

Challenges:
How does 1 campaign take into consideration different terms. The language has to be very generic.
It is hard to see which invoices are new to Centime. We cannot see when invoices sync. We are recommending that users filter by invoice # or invoice date
Formaspace backdates their invoices which poses an issue with our campaigns being centered around due date, invoices will frequently miss the first campaign email

The initial email for financing customers differs from non-financing customers
Invoices for 1 customer may differ, for example with Dandelion each invoice is for a stage in the project. Their current email is specific to that stage. Containing language for them.
Viridi had custom emails at each phase of the campaign
Some ideas:
Could we trigger an email upon invoice creation? Can we set default language for this?
If this has to be custom language could new invoices be flagged with a task of sending?
How can we better serve this with workflows?
