Pure Prairie Poultry tracks the Flock number on their feed invoices.
The Feed invoices are non-PO based and captured at the Aggregate Expense level.
This Flock number is used for their tracking purposes. If they can capture this from Centime then Post it to NS, they will be able to pull reporting on this value from NS.

What is the use case?
Pure Prairie Poultry wants to begin tracking the "Flock Number" value on their Feed invoices. Ideally: create custom freetext NS invoice field > make that field Mandatory in Centime > Invoice Capture captures the value > value/field maps to NetSuite upon Posting the document > client is then able to pull reporting on this value More broadly speaking, other clients might start asking about capturing custom values. |

Impact?
PPP is aware that current state, they need to make the custom field in NS form, then manually key in the Flock Number. Going forward, if this could be automated/other clients may ask for this capability. |

Is there a work around?
Yes - client can create the invoice field and manually key in the value. |

Invoice capture would ideally be able to be trained to capture this value > map to the field in the GL. |
