Payment Applications: Confirmation window after clicking "Apply"

In Payment Products, it would be ideal to have a confirmation window after the user clicks "Apply". Users commonly expect there to be a confirmation screen, and after hitting Apply weren't necessarily ready for the DocuSign to send to the signatory.

(This has happened to myself & iGrafx.)

In iGrafx's case, the user who hit apply is not the signatory so they had to notify the signatory (CFO).
