Use case: as the AR operator, I have to send specific invoices to specific contacts for a customer.

• This is dependent on Custom Fields for NetSuite

• This is available out of the box in Intacct

• This is not available for QB

This is critical for project based businesses where Project managers needs to receive the invoice reminders
