Partner Field: Partner > Client hierarchy

We had a prospect, FastPath, who uses the Partner field (standard field in NetSuite). The goal sounds similar to that of job/project hierarchy. Some customers are at an individual level and then others have a partner structure (10 customers under 1 partner). The request came from an AR prospect.

  • They want to report on and see all open AR invoices organized by partner

  • View only access: Allow Partner managers to access Centime and understand their open invoices (Partner managers do not have NetSuite access)
