Customer hierarchy: Visibility & ability to assign campaigns

Multiple hierarchal relationships:

• Parent / child +++ (Not visible currently)

• Child / project (Currently visible in Centime, flattened to one line - example below)

A few different goals for hierarchal relationships:

• Visibility: Parent with drop down of children organization

• Campaign assignments: Ability to auto sign campaign to all customers

• Contacts, billing contact ...flexibility needed
