When FNBO approves a client for ACH, they allot a daily ACH limit, meaning, a daily volume limit a customer can approve via ACH within a single day.
Problem: today, if a client approves enough ACH payments and exceeds their daily limit, every payment over the limit gets paused on FNBO’s end until manual approval is rendered. Since it depends on a human process, this could easily result in payment delays. The payment delays can cause adverse/unknown issues in our system as well.
We need an seamless way for the customer to be aware of their limit and ensure that they do not exceed it.
