There are cases where a client has a very homogenous customer base (in terms of collections) where a single campaign will be more advantageous than multiple campaigns (less work).
For example, the client Island elevators wants to assign the same campaign to all of their customers besides a select few (only 2% of their customers will not be on a campaign). One campaign is advantageous because it's less work and they can more easily include escalating templates (e.g. an invoice 7 days past due gets a different, less angry email then an invoice that is 21 days past due).
The issue, however, is assigning these campaigns. Since 98% of Island's customers will be on the same campaign, the easiest route right now is to assign all customers to the same campaign, then un-assign the campaign from the 2% that don't need a campaign. However, there is no way to un-assign a campaign in bulk. Currently, Island will have to click into each customer's profile to un-assign a campaign. Whereas to assign a campaign, Island can do this as a bulk action.
