Notifications: Checking Plus and Invoice Approval Rejections

What is the use case? Checking Plus receipt/confirmation for transfer notification when funding is complete Invoice Approver Rejected the document - Notification (notification not task) to full access users
Impact? Would be helpful to proactively provide these notifications. Currently we're pointing clients to the UI - Checking Plus: check Banking module; IA rejection: check the document table for the status.
Is there a work around? Check banking module; IA reject: check the check the document table for the status.
