Filter & Search Supplier Profile History

Supplier Profile History shows entire Document history up to the point of Posting. This does not seem necessary as the Document history also lives within the Invoice History.

• What purpose does the Document History being in Supplier History serve?

• It crowds the Supplier History - we may run into storage & rendering issues in UI.

• It crowds the Supplier History from what you might need to find: payment preference change, Supplier Portal, settings like Aggregate Lines, Remittance.

• For the purpose of showing Document History, would it be a good compromise to hyperlink the Document # once upon

• In AR we do not show invoice history trail in buyer history so there is no commonality here

Use the search function then manually look thru each page of results.

Remove Document History from Supplier History.

To access invoice history, you can go to Paid Invoices or Documents then search by Supplier.
