Centime Ideas
Intuitively, one-off email sends or statement sends feel like they should be freeform and customizable. Having to send to all communication contacts or not being able to edit the body of the statement in a one-off send feels counterintuitive and doesn't promote the ability to do this action within Centime - i.e. might cause the client to download the statement/invoice and simply send out of their Outlook/Gmail.

What is the use case?
ProArch would like to be able to modify the email recipients for one-off Emails in AR, and modify the recipients + body of the email in one-off Statement sends. In their words: "The reasoning behind this is that sometimes an account manager or someone, not part of the “communication” contacts, requests a statement or copies of invoices. Also, we might just want to send it one of the contacts and not all the communication contacts." Current limitations:

Is there a work around?
There is no workaround within Centime. Client can modify the contacts in NetSuite > Sync > resume work in Centime. |

Allow freeform edit of email recipients (add, remove) and allow email body text modification on one-off Statements. |
