Limited user, Invoice Approver - Invoice approver will want to see if the invoice was paid. The invoice approver does not have or need access to other accounting tools. However, they may want to know when their supplier is paid OR when they have not been paid - they might want to request that it be paid.

The other aspect of this is the approvers visibility to they've already approved as well, not just if a payment was made.
Synergy Home Care asked about this as well. They said at the moment inv approvers will reach out to their AP manager checking if an inv has been paid yet. Access to this would alleviate that task and give the inv approvers immediate visibility.
