Bulk update payment/receivable/planning date

Summary: When scheduling payments, or updates receivable plans - the user often wants to update multiple invoices at once.

If I have 10 bills that I want to pay on the same day, ability to check them off (like you can today) and schedule them all together for the same day opposed to clicking on the calendar icon and selecting the same day individually for all 10 bills in this case.

This is relevant across all modules:

• Receivables: updating the estimated/promised date

• Payables: updating the payment date

• CFF: updating the plan date for AP & AR
