Turn off ACH Payment Option

Tomorrow.io is very excited about offering CC payments via CentimePay to their monthly contracts. They would like the flexibility to turn off ACH and only offer CC. I realize that this is the opposite of most clients, who have requested the ability to turn off CC. I think we should likely give the ability to turn off ACH if we are going to grant the ability to turn off CC.
